Today is a great day to spend some time to reflect, dream big, and make a plan of action. Below are the steps guiding you through a fun and powerful experiential activity.
Fold a blank sheet of paper into three sections.
In the first section, draw your life as it was before covid. Include relationship with yourself, family, friends, partner, work, spirituality. In the third section, draw your life as you would like it to be, after covid is over. In the center section, draw what gets in the way, such as use of medicators, negative thinking, unprocessed traumas, for example.
Make a commitment to yourself to address the things from the center section, identifying how you will get help and support, and let someone know you've made this commitment.
